Cancellation and voucher policy In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but you will not lose it:
- ✅ If communicated via email or WhatsApp up to 7 days before arrival, you can reuse the entire deposit within the calendar year.
- You can arrange another stay at any time, based on current availability and rates.
Total protection In case of official restrictions or documented total closures (force majeure), the entire amount will be refunded immediately.
